$160 in 1970s money must have been a fortune, yet it's not even real gold. (I love the description of "gold-color base metal." ***?)

And it can be yours for only $8 a month! Once interest is factored in, how long would it take you to pay that baby off? Three years, maybe? If you have to finance it, maybe you don't really need it.

Wow! I remember when LCD watches came out and were the rage! No more pesky looking at the hands on your watch! Instantaneous time telling at a glance! It was the future now!

Who would have thought a few years later we'd sport these!

My Dad actually owned this watch! we were not allowed to even look directly at it, let alone touch it...

and doing a quick "Computron watch" search on ebay, his price has not diminished, only increased. Had I the funds to afford it, I would totally rock that watch.

That's nothin'. I had a watch that played Pac-Man. It was kewl.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Very nice indeed! As a kid I had a watch that played a space invaders type game. At the time I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

very cool, I've been "jonesing" for a 70's Red LED watch, just haven't pulled the trigger.
This may push me over the edge.
