APES (Caesar bust) DVD collection question for anyone not in the US

I just heard from a someone who told me that he bought that DVD set and it did not include the "extended" version of BATTLE (whereas the one here in the US did include the longer cut.)

Can anyone from the UK or elsewhere confirm if they too received the standard issue of BATTLE or did this guy just get a factory screw-up set?

Apparently not, apart from the 35th anniversary version of Planet it is the same discs as the original box set over here. Did the R1 version includes new anamorphic transfers of the four sequels...the R2 version doesn't and although I'd love to get it for the animated episodes and "ape head" box this has put me off buying it...Its also unrealistic (financially) to import from the states as the cost would be huge.
