    Hiya yes its a big plastic sheet folded in 8 parts open it up and you see a stretch chart iv not opened it up dont want to damage it instructions and tag included (tag is ripped) neck tag .

            Wow, that is one of the greatest toys ever made. I've been wanting to pick up one for years. My original didn't last long when I was a kid. Congrats on this amaizing find.

              Wow! It does look like you got that one through a time portal. I had mine stored away, in the foam in the box, when my folks put my stuff in storage. He leaked all over the shelf, through the foam and the box.
              It's all good!
