Late 70's 'Space Shuttle Set'..?

Anyone familiar with this toy in the upper right hand corner? Is it scaled for 3.75" figures? What company made it? Are there any better photos of it around?

I believe that is the Viking 2 Space Shuttle playset from 1979. Not sure of the scale though.
