need help on 2 TV horror movies

On is a is a story of a couple who move in to a seaside house on a cliff over looking the ocean.
The Builder was a sea captian who died from a harpoon in his chest and is place i a tomb with the harpoon sticking out of it. his wife missing..
The the wife of new couple looks like her. and the ghost starts changing into his wife.
in finally the husband takes the harpoon and leaver the tomb off the cliff and into the ocean.ending it.


The other is about a man with portable electrocution machine who killing people in a small town. Love sweets and leave a candy wrapper trail.

Not sure but is that first one possibly a Harrison Ford movie from a few years back? Sounds kind of like part of the commercial I remember for the movie. Never saw and trying to recall the name.

I don't think What Lies Beneath is it, km, that one I saw.

the first one sounds like an episode of Ghost Story/Circle of Fear, a pretty good early 70's spooky anthology series hosted by Sebastian Cabot. He was the caretaker of Mansfield house, a huge mansion by the sea.
The episode is called The Concrete Captain.
if the second one isn't ...Shocking, there was also a made for tv movie with Bing Crosby called Dr. Cook's Garden where he played an unusually "co operative" doctor in a small town.
