Superman Talking Alarm Clock

Janex is probably best known for their Batman and Robin talking alarm clock which was a big hit. Their Superman clock is lesser known and no wonder, while Batman and Robin started your day with their snappy " Hey Chum and Holy This!" banter, Superman seemed to just nag you. I mean "Better get up or you'll be late"? This is the man of steel!
This paints Superman as the sort of guy who buys kids "slacks" for Christmas.
Still, I kind of want one of these....

I remember some of the lines from my Janex Batman and Robin clock. I still have it, but it hasn't talked in over 20 years. I remember Robin saying "Time to get up, and out of bed". And Batman replying "Good boy Robin. Very well said" or something like that, as you heard the Batmobile's engines whirr away.

Superman should have excalimed "GREAT KRYPTON" or something. Or "Time to get UP, UP, AND AWAYYYY". It's so obvious.

While I've seen the Batman and Star Wars talking clocks I've never seen this one.

Yeah I've seen Batman also,but can't remember seeing that one,it does look pretty darn cool though

Cool, I've been curious to see this for a while now. I loved my Batman and Robin one but don't really recall this one.

Didn't I cover this topic a couple of weeks ago? (Janex talking alarm clocks)

I had and still have a Raggedy Ann & Andy clock. There was also Howdy Doody, Bugs Bunny, (maybe Tweety & Sylvester?), Batman and Superman.
