I've wanted a figure like this to go with my mego Spiderman since the first time I watched this episode of Spiderman and His Amazing Friends. Here's a quick vid:

I used the upper parts to my resin cast Big Body, Zica fists, my custom head sculpt. The spider body was custom painted and I created the red black widow splotch with computer die-cut vinly. You can see in the pics that it is inscale with megos. One thing I forgot to mention is the way I attached the body to the spider. It's NOT glued on. The body is strung to the spider just like stringing a mego body together. That way the torso will turn left or right.
