Is Speedy's head a resculpt?
I've always wondered, because it's a bit larger than the other Titans & more mature-looking.
I thought perhaps Mego had reworked it, like they did with Long John Silver/Green Arrow.

Parker heads; Batman "waffle" gloves; mint Wolfman tights; Knights', Merry Men, Conan, & Dale Arden swords; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula head;T1 GGoblin body (in good shape but can restring); POTA Soldier Ape minty bandolier; yellow bridle & stirrups; POTA Stallion complete set of tack; Fighting Furies Spanish & Buccaneer outfits & boxed Hook.
Is it possible that it may have started out as a Flash sculpt?
I always thought it was a reworked lion rock head.
^Yeah, it looks similar to the various Lion Rock WWII figures. His hairline is a bit mature, compared to Aqualad, Kid Flash, and the 9" Robin sculpt.

I wondered about the LR angle, too.
