Blocking a bidder on evilbay

Does anyone know how to block someone from bidding one your auction? Can you do it once they've bid on the item?

On eBay, search "blocked bidder" and it will take you to a place to "Manage" your bidders.
After a bid, you can cancel and then block.

First go here and cancel the bid
Sign in:Â*Cancel Bids on My Item

Then go here and put him on your blocked list
Buyer/Bidder Management
