        If you would have told me when I was 10 years old that 30+ years later I would be promoting a book about the art of Jack Kirby I would have said "You're nuts! Kirby's a hack!" ah, youth.....
        Same here. Although I started to appreciate his art through the 60s Marvel Super Heroes toon reruns, "new" Kirby art left me cold. Then slowly, all those Who's Who entries, and the Super Powers mini-series started to work on me. Then I discovered his REAL stuff...

              Same here, I just loved it right away.

              To be fair I wasn't looking at his late 70s early 80s stuff, I was mostly seeing his stuff through reprints of his classic 60s work.

                Great book....I also purchased it when it was first published and still look through it occassionally. $10 is a steal for this book.
