Major Mercury is my favorite from the Metal Man line; probably because he & his ship remind me of Steve Austin and his doomed HL-10/M2-F2 flight.

"I've got a blowout — vapor three!"
"Get your pitch to zero."
"Pitch is out — I can't hold altitude."
"Direction alpha hold is off — try trajectory emergency."
"Flight Comm! I can't hold it! She's breaking up, she's break..."
