    Science Channel's Monster Bug Wars

Best new show this season...it's friggin' awesome...can't wait for new episodes every Tuesday...

I absolutely love the beautiful HD macro-cinematography...enhanced by special-effects "monster" sounds (highly entertaining, lol)...this show pits fierce predatory bugs battling each other for ultimate supremacy...it's a must see...truly awesome series...can't stop recommending and praising this fantastic show...

Oh snap. I missed the first episode. I better try to remember to watch this. I love watching bugs and spiders.

That was one of the most brutal duels I've witnessed in a long time. Thanks for the link!

Recently I've had to eject three of these dudes from apartment. It's a Huntsman spider, a bit scary looking, but not really dangerous to adults. I catch and release them, but they tend to seek shelter indoors when it rains. Sometimes it feels like I'm kicking out the same individual, though I'm sure I'm not.

I don't hold 'em in my hand like this maniac though!

    Awesome-looking spider...I love spiders!!!

I'm kinda surprised on the low interest to this thread...I thought this would be a great geek attraction of Biblical proportions...lol.

    What's not to like?

Real miniature alien-looking monsters...fighting to the death...with awesome special-effect monster sounds.

What more do you guys want?

I have been waiting ALL week to watch this show. It's the greatest! I love the music, the growly sound effects, the computer animation. It's a freaking great show!!!

Did you guys/gals see the last episode?

Holy smokes...who would've ever thought a cricket would decimate a friggin' tarantula like that...lol.

The Bulldog Raspy Cricket is the stormtrooper of the insect world...the thing is built like a Sherman tank full of different kinds of weapons, all its legs are like shark's teeth...and its jaws make pitbull and hyenas look like stuff toys...lol.

The tarantula had absolutely no chance...it was totally shredded into a hundred bloody pieces.

    Damn...a cricket on steroids...lol...

Hector, Thanks for pointing this series out to me. Living in Mexico I donīt get TV like this. This show is awesome but the battles donīt last too long do they? Where can I see the Tarantula vs. Cricket thing you are talking about?
