    Happiness is....Transistors

I fail to mention the Snoopy licensed juggernaut of the 1970s but man, he was everywhere. He was to the 1970s what Garfield was to the late 1980s.

What kid didn't love Snoopy! First thing to go was the battery cover then the earphone or was it the other way around?.

That's so cute. I loved my transistor radio when I was a kid. Incredible just how much things have changed.

Is there a Snoopy MP3 player now? Schulz definitely had the marketing angle down.

My friend had a Raggedy Ann & Andy one. I had a Toot-A-Loop.

Every morning I use my Batman-shaped transister radio to listen to the news in the bathroom.

I still love the Peanuts. I still have a few Snoopy things I have to list on eBay, but I used to a bunch of stuff. I kept a lot my Fawcett books (I think they're are Fawcett, anyway) and my snow cone machine.
