I forgot to show this, did it a month or so ago and it's been on the piano for a while.

I'm trying likeness a little bit, this is Igor from Hilarious House of Frightenstein.

^Looking good Brian! What size is this? It looks like a pretty small canvas, which makes it even more impressive!

I envy your artistic ability. My great grandmother was an artist, but I can barely write my name legibly, let alone draw or paint anything.

I didn't realize it until now, but Igor bears an uncanny resemblance to my old bandmate Nick, perhaps after eating some bad clams...

            Very nicely done.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

These are some really great pieces, I'm liking Mr. Rock and Lincoln Mummy, but they all are sweet.

Very nice Brian! I don't even know the show, and I knew who it was right of the bat, from the pics you posted here.

Same here. The last few paintings I've done, I painted them on comic backing boards.

It's been a rough year for my painting hobby, so it was nice to spend this crummy boxing day painting this pod stallions art, which has been swimming around in my head for months.

Awesome! I love everything about it.

In the Scooby Doo episode where they enter the Plaid Stallions mansion, the bad guy peeps out through eye holes behind the Satin Monster. Zoinks.

I love the moody atmosphere of it. There's a foreboding to it, despite the wonky fun nature of the subject matter.

It's been a little while since i picked up my brushes, decided to go back to toy portraits. Big Jim took me forever, he has a weird head and I struggled with the proportions (I have issues with that) but Zorak was a dream, he's so Marvel comics inspired it was a joy.
