He is; I-Line-Aire!
The dreaded enforcer of the early 21st century Vampire breeder Count Sparkles.
It is I-Line-Aire's duty to retrieve those who have fallen out of good graces with Count Sparkles. He does so by using his powerful hypnotic stare that is enahnced by the eyeliner that he uses, which is made from werewolf blood and chocolate pudding skin.
The symbol on his chest is the official crest of Count Sparkles family of vampires. It represents how much fun it is too be eternal, regardless of lack of soul. As the Count says; "Dead on the inside feels so much better with a smile on the outside. So, smile, smile, smile!"
Before becomming Count Sparkles enforcer he was a simple Avon consultant in France, named Ivan Egnore. Ivan's dogged determination to be the top seller of bath beads and decorative cologne bottles influenced the Count to convert him into a vampire. Afterall, who would be better to track down his most wanted fugitives than a guy who excelled at literal door-to-door sales?
When not fulfilling his duties as Count Sparkles enforcer, I-Line-Aire says he also enjoys late night strolls under the moonlight and long walks on the beach. When asked by reporters from Cosmopolitan magazine if he has any regrets about becomming a vampires enforcer his response was very thoughtful, "Like I had a choice. ***."
You can enjoy more tales of vampire love and longing (and of course enforcing and killing) this fall on the CW who has picked up the series "Sparkling Shadows" featuring the Count and I-Line-Aire. It is set to air Fridays at 7PM CST in the former timeslot held by "Smallville".
