I believe this was part of the vinyl figure series that was sold at Suncoast Video?

One of the few pieces of Star Wars Merch that fans could get back in '93. I made a trip down to the US to pick them up back in the day.

Gosh if someone could cut these heads off and shrunk them down to mego size and cast them I wouldn't have so much trouble when trying to sculpt them when I get to these figures. I would even pay somebody for the trouble. Or perhaps there is someone out there with Star Wars heads already for Mego size figures.

Yes, they were sold at Suncoast. I had a friend who didn't have a car so I would drive him to the different Suncoast Video stores to get these. I ended up picking up Fett and Stormtrooper Han then ended it up giving them away as a White Elephant gift.
They are thick vinyl but looked cheap.

If Dave's friend Paul Evans was doing heads I think you could have bought all the main characters from him. I don't think he is doing heads right now tho.

I remember these. They range from 9 to 10 inches tall. I think the actor likenesses are kind'a soft. Applause sculpts got better as time went on. The Applause Star Trek figures had better likenesses for some reason.

This Luke seems to have a better likeness:

Applause Star Wars Luke 10" Figure - eBay (item 390153549943 end time Apr-02-11 09:59:17 PDT)

Depending what you might like to spend-you could copy this head:

Star Wars A New Hope Princess Leia Mini Bust Figure NEW - eBay (item 270701316221 end time Apr-03-11 18:34:26 PDT)

This 9" vinyl kit might do:

This figure has a nice Leia likeness:

We had these at the comic shop I worked at in the 90s. I think my boss still had Prince Xizor (or whatever) from Shadows of the Empire for 10 years or so.
