They are more pre Crisis - back in the day when you had Earth-1 and Earth-2 and all the other Earths. Krypto and Streaky were also a part of the Legion of Super Pets - including Beppo the Super Monkey, Comet the Super Horse if you can believe that.

They are from Safari Ltd. - Michaels and toy stores carry them. The Michaels here isn't carrying too much anymore, don't know if that a local or a chain decision.
