    Figure The SAVAGE SEA MONSTER!

I'm a big fan of Mad Monsters and I was really inspired by CTVT's extension of the line, so I decided to make my own monsters and "continue" the line myself. This is my latest installment...THE SAVAGE SEA MONSTER!

He's a Scooby-Doo minifigure head on a smaller FC body with Goodwill store junkbin dinosaur claws.

I really wanted to use the scaly material for his suit, but it was a NIGHTMARE to work with, so I made his little hang-down-things

I don't normally post so many pics, but I went to the local Botanical Conservatory and snuck into the fountain to take my pictures. A kindergarten class on a field trip watched the whole thing, but kept there mouths shut.

I REALLY wanted to take a picture of him actually IN the water, but I figured that would ruin him, so...I got close (nearly falling in myself).

    Thanks for looking!

I love it! That head is a beautiful find. I really like the picture presentation too, sort of more like footage of a real creature.

    Very Nice.

If sewing it is a problem, how about fabric gluing the scaly fabric to the jumpsuit?

Very cool. Looks like a creature that might have show up on Lost In Space.

I like it! Reminds me of a modern version of "the Horror at party beach"
