How Many Mego Mailer Figures Exist Today (WGSH)

How many were there and how many exist today. Are they all expensive. Which are more common and which are more rarer. Do several members here own any.

I did some digging in the galleries and discovered we have nothing in there on the mailer boxes - not in the packaging listing or under individual characters. That needs to change.

So, I'm asking folks to post a pic of what they have in a mailer box. Can be WGSH, Apes, Trek, Chips, Oz, whatever. We'll take those photos and add them to the galleries (and who knows, you might even get credit for it )

As for the original question I have a mailer Robin and a mailer Superman. I know of Batman and Aquaman. I'm not really sure of others.

Not WGSH, but there are mailer boxes pictured with Kirk, Spock, and Klingon in the Trek gallery..

Ok Scott. Here is my Batman.

Not sure how many exist that are picture mailer boxes. Just glad to have this one. Also on this one the original tape at the top of the box is still sealed. There is also a JC Penney price tag at the top and the word Batman written in Black Marker.

I guess you need x-ray vision to see what is "Not Recommended" on the Superman box!
Too many toys. Not enough space!

                            Dumb question ...

Why did they released some figures like this ?

Did you send in a coupon like classic mail-away Star Wars figures ?

                            Any other reasons ?

I believe this is how they came when you ordered them from Sears or Pennys catalogs.
