    Kenner Steve Scout Catalog

Kenner's Steve and Bob Scout line was an answer to other "Razor and razor blades" adventure lines like Big Jim and G.I. Joe but with a sharp focus on being wholesome. Steve and Bob were 9" Mego like figures that had well made outfits and accesories. Visit the Plaid Stallions Steve Scout Gallery for more pictures and info.

Didn't this series have a rescue dog too? This stuff would be really great for Action Jackson, or that tower for POTA.

The Rescue Dog was actually Duke and he had his own line, I'll be covering him and "Run, Joe, Run" in the not too distant future.

These are really cool. I've never seen these before. As a kid I probably wouldn't have liked them, but I think they're great now.

I would've had fun with this as a kid.
There used to be an old Canadian TV show called "The Forest Rangers", made back in the sixties, it was rerun well into the late seventies. my Sister and I watched it every morning, and I always wanted action figures of the gang, especially Pete and Chub, the main characters....too bad they werent done like this!?
