Just bumping it back to the top to see if there is any news.
There has been news, but unfortunately, it's bad news. Doc posted this in another thread:

So, is this whole line of proposed zombie merchandise dead now?

Yeah, the cadaver disposal guy was cool. I actually published a story about a place that disposes of "dead" zombie carcasess after the zombie apocalypse. Editor called it "a gruesome little piece..."

Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12

When talking about zombies, never say dead.
Instead of producing this line, and having it compete
with the DIY Zombie Kit, we decided to hold off until
                      a later date.

Retailers put everything up for pre-order since no one's
card is charged until it ships.

                        Makes perfect sense.
I look forward to the line being continued, even if it means a year or so.

I hope these figures do happen someday, that Technician and Commando are perfect (and would be perfect for customs too).

One of the reasons why we put this line on hold was that there is so much mego scale product
out there lately (you're welcome) that a non-licensed line like this would not get much attention
                                from retailers.

The "Make Your Own Comic Book Hero" kit is due to hit stores in early November - in time for
the holiday season - so keep an eye out for that.
