"WAR OF THE DEAD" line pix

Hi all, not sure if these circulated on the web, but we squeezed out these shots to spotlight the detail we put into this line. In particular the "Z•E•R•O Commando" figure has a buncha weapons, a functional ripstop tactical vest with lotsa pockets, a gunbelt with holster, helmet, kneepads, yadda-yadda.






as with all the items we showed at toy fair, we're targeting halloween/holiday for these to be released, and they'll be at entertainment earth, any diamond retailer, etc.

The SWAT guy is cool, but the zombies are a bit grotesque for my tastes. Maybe I'm just not a fan of zombies...

Because there is a movie coming out with the same name:

War Of The Dead

Yep, I know about it, and its already been released under its new title "stones war" but still searchable under "war of the dead". However, I own the trademark and there was a prevoius dvd release with the same name 6 years ago. No relation and nothing to see here.

"war of the dead" is a wholly owned trademark of ours and will be seen in several formats within the year. There have been other attempts to use the title but as we do with "night of the living dead", our lawyers get that kind of thing shut down pretty quick, since I own the trademar to that as well.

Watch for the short story anthology to be released around the same time the figures are released and the graphic novel by this time next year.

The female zombie is prehaps the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in action figure form. BRAVO! The detail is truly amazing guys. Bravo.

And for these to be a Halloween release is PERFECT! BRAVO again.

Man, between these, and the Universal Monsters and NOTLD figures, looks like my Halloween's gonna have EMCE written all over it!

These are AMAZING. I'm a bit worried that with their high level of detail that they will carry a Sideshow price tag though...
