    EMCE-How About NCIS Figures???

Just posted a response in the Mummy-Dracula thread and I go to thinking, what about this for a toy line...NCIS.
It has been tops in the ratings for a decade and I'll bet they would make for some popular ultra realistic 1/9th scale figures.
Gibbs, Abbey, McGee, DiNoso and Ducky.

My wife would kill for an Abby figure. Probably a Ducky, too. Oh, who am I kidding? She'd want 'em ALL!
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

You could ad Ziva, Jenny, Leon, Col. Mann, Franks and Fornell.
And Kate, Cassidy, Rifkin and Ari.
      The list is endless.

How could I forget Ziva! Your right, the list is endless. Now would be the time to strike too, while the show is on and still hot.

Are they regular people in regular clothing? Is the recognition of the characters
in the facial likeness? Where can I find a community of fans of the show?

1=yes.2=yes.3=most anywhere. It is usually in the top 5 watched shows every week. It is also in syndication and is shown in reruns in blocks of 2 to 5 episodes in a row 5 days a week. Even if 1/16th of the fans bought the figures it would be a success.

I'd rather see some other characters made than normal people in regular clothes...

Watch NCIS on CBS.com. Full Episodes, Clips and Behind the Scenes footage.

Personally, I think it's better than CSI

Same here, thunderbolt, but I do love this show. My wife got me hooked into it, as well as NCIS Los Angeles (hey, that show has LL Cool J, and who doesn't love them some LL?)

Abby definitely screams for the EMCE treatment - a Goth schoolgir outfit, big shoes, rooted hair pigtails (!) and a lab coat, plus tattoos! And she needs Bert, the farting hippo, or a Big Gulp drink of Caf Pow as an accessory! If we can get a Scott Ian, Abby should be a cakewalk!

EMCE/ Bif Bang Pow!/Spectre Toys/FearWerx will make a decent amount of bank on her alone.

This is her(Abby) stuff hippo "Bert" that often provides comic relief by farting when squeezed really tightly.

You could also use one of the new Zombies on Ducky's autopsy tables as a dead marine the team in investigating. While I agree most would be in suits of some sort (Gibbs, Tony, McGhee, Fornell, Leon, etc) some would be more specific like Abby and Ducky.

I confess I don't know the show outside of the Goth girl, and I've always had an aversion to doing toys of "just guys in suits".

And for the record, our Toy Fair booth this year was right next to a company that produces farting stuffed animal toys.
