Timmee Toys Battle Mountain. I believe it was originally Marx and Timmee acquired it. Been in production for probably 60 years. Comes in gray. I have repainted a white, a tan, and working on a blue (for aquatic).
Thanks. These are just the Funko/Super 7 current releases, none of the Remco or Burger King figures are pictured here. There are 7 or 8 more figures scheduled for October release, regular versions of the 4 dayglo figures (Mummy, Creature, Wolfman, and Metaluna Mutant) and Mole Men, Invisible Man, Phantom, and negotiations still outstanding on Dracula. Apparently they are trying to use Lugosi's likeness. The Bride and one other have been mentioned in rumor but not by the company.
So I took the PotA playset apart and while I could, I took a picture of what I consider to be the playsets greatest weakness. The folded and slotted wedges that hold up the backdrop project back so far that you cannot back the set up to a wall to eliminate the excessive dead space behind it.
I took the base to Hobby Lobby and did a paint match, using a 40% off coupon, I paid 76 cents to paint a $35 Battle Mountain the same color as the $70 set next to it.
The color is Americana Golden Straw, so feel free to look up Timmee Toys and order as many of these as you want for your Apes to crawl all over.
If you are trying to order the Comic Action Heroes, Sectaurus, or 6 Million Dollar Man from the Zica website and are having issues, PLEASE go to their Facebook page and tell them. He still does not believe me!
