best way to clean type 1 or type2 joker head

hello im new on here, but have been collecting for years, i was born in the 70's and grew up in the 80's..had a lot of wgsh, just never had joker.. i have him now, but his head has seen better days.. does anyone have a good solution from experience on getting his head back to a bright white.. pls hlp
