I like the movie accurate figure, the gimmicky one is awful but that's Hasbro for you.
It's a start. Now for some cloth costumes!
Looks like the barley articulated 8" iron man figure than came out last year. The head could be useful.

Because wrestlers can't act and actors don't have muscles

look like Thor is to have a padded costume.
