Max Headroom (great concept-exceptional 80's tv series)
X-Files (Something is Out There done correctly)
      Twilight Zone
      Battlestar Galactica
      Lost in Space
      Star Trek
      Space:1999
      ST-TNG
      ST-DS9 (Best Trek spin-off)
      ST-Voyager
      SMDM
      Planet of the Apes
      Logan's Run
      Fantastic Journey (weak but enjoyable)
      Gerry Anderson's U.F.O.
      Dr. Who
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century

      Never watched, (beyond the premiere):

      Babylon 5
      Space:Above & Beyond
      Mann & Machine
      Something is Out There
      The Phoenix
      Knight Rider

I have to admit. These were pretty weak SF shows & some I really hated:

      V (weak-all of them)
      Otherworld (extreme violent homicidal hate)
The Powers of Matthew Star (hate)
      Time Traxx (weak)
      Seaquest DSV & 2032
      Streethawk
      Blue Thunder
      Airwolf (guilty pleasure)

Quark was always more comedy than Sci-fi to me. I may have to give it a retry.
The Phoenix I forgot about but did think had potential.
I think of Hulk as super hero not sci-fi.
Manimal I try not to think of at all
Matthew Star I never saw. I do remember all the set problems getting it on the air.
        Bugler, sound the advance.

Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (A show that needed figures that looked like the characters...i first watched this in French, and loved it)
Electra Woman And Dyna Girl (we need Mego figures of these! I loved this show!...i still have fears of spiders thanks to their enemy, Spider Lady, i think)
Star Trek The Next Generation (TOS to me were movies, but TNG was MUST WATCH TV)
Ultraman (Before Power Rangers, I used to watch this at the daycare every day...such an awesome hero fighting monsters)
Space 1999 (i never got to stay up late to see this but finally got to see it in reruns, and the changeling lady was my heart throb)
Irresponsible Captain Tylor (funniest sci-fi anime EVER)
seaQuest DSV (because i've always wanted to live under the ocean, thanks to Captain Nemo movies)
Land of the Lost (I think they totally should make Mego figures of this series!!)
Outer Limits (so many great stories in that anthology...this too would make great figures of some of the episodes)
Robotech (This anime was ROBBED of toys thanks to Transformers snatching up Jetfire...i totally wanted more Veritech Jets that i bought about 4 of Jetfire to repaint)
Defenders of the Earth (Flash Gordon's finest hour, joining with all the other Not-Marvel, Not-DC heroes we loved...and that theme song gets stuck in your head)

I'm sure I've overlooked some. This is just off the top of my head.
Lot of good stuff on your list already, and kudos on Space Precinct. Great show. Farscape is probably my favorite of those you’ve listed. The only glaring omissions on your list are Blake’s 7 and Quantum Leap.

Sapphire and Steel was on Tubi awhile back. Not sure if it still is. Worth a watch for anyone who hasn’t seen it.

                  Planet of the Apes

                  Alien-Nation

The Twilight Zone (Named because I've seen others list it-Sure, some episodes have Sci-Fi or Sci-Fi elements in them, but I think of it as more of fantasy anthology series.)

                  Star Trek (original)

Land of the Lost (but again, I'm not sure if *I* really consider it Sci-Fi)

                      Hercules and Xena.

I still love both shows, AND Young Hercules starring Ryan Gosling is fun too.

Would be awesome if we can get Megos of Both Herc and Xena along with other cast members.
                      Wanted:

Diamond select Spider-man hands. Long shot, I know...but ya never know..

Remember the 12" Xena dolls...that had the WORST bodies ever? I made my own, using those WWE female dolls made by Mattel ...WWE Allstars, i think, and the head from Zena and the WWE body made the PERFECT Xena doll. I love it. I also had a Kevin Sorbo doll from the space TV Show he was on, but i can't recall what happened to it...it may still be in storage from my move to the beach, or i may have donated him. I hope i kept him...i remember something not good about that doll, the outfit or the body, but something was not right about it.

Star Trek (TOS) Lost in Space and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, but I pretty much agree with all the above too, thank goodness for MeTV bringing most of these shows back.

I do remember those Xena dolls, they had put the Ares head on one of their Special Edition Marvel hero bodies so he looked HUGE. I wish Herc got the same treatment...

Dark Shadows (had a bit of sci-fi in the Adam and Eve and their “Hyde-like” storylines, as well as Julia’s treatments for Barnabas)
