I liked Quark, even just seeing the DVD last year.

Pre-2000 besides the obvious Star Treks, Galactica, Buck Rogers, Space 1999... I'm also going to include a few that I do not think were mentioned:

The Pheonix, The Incredible Hulk (although that had very little sci-fi in it), Red Dwarf, and Greatest American Hero (little green men at least)
