I told him that I knew the guy who provided his collection for the staged "find."
He was actually really disappointed to hear that the show was staged. I instantly regretted telling him.
It's funny how often this seems to come up in conversation when I'm talking to people. The show comes up and I sooner or later I point to this because this show has done a decent job of making people think it's legit.
Any more you get that a lot. You tell them about Storage Wars and what went on there. The you get "Well,what about (fill in the blank) show?" And you have to sit and go through all of the ones that air and tell them about them not being legit.
