Need to ID a Spidey Japanese Toy

Hello everyone,

I don't have a pic so I'll explain as best as I can. I saw a spiderman doll from the 70's that had Japanese writing all over it, the Spiderman looked very Mego like, although I think he was about an inch taller, he came with many accessories, like 10 or so, including a grabbling hook.
Does any one know what I'm talking about?

I've been wanting to get that toy for years now. It's so cool. Popy made a bunch of toys in the late seventies based on the Japanese Spider-man TV show, but I like the above toy the best (well, that and the Jumbo Machinder of Spider-man's robot, Leopardon). I have to get the damn thing someday.....

That's the one! How much is it worth? I really need to know before this guy rips me off, I thought it was Popy, but I wasnt sure, which is why I asked here.
The guy that is selling it is a real jerk so I want to know how much they are worth too (it's MIB).
can any one help in the department?

Hello hopefully you got your spiderman and the guy you bought it from gave you a decent deal but i was on ebay and if you type in spiderman popy a couple show up mint in box ranging from 250 to 500,hope this helps
