Will we ever see Black Vulcan, Apache Chief, Samurai and El Dorado ?

Just wondering if there's a chance we might see Black Vulcan, Apache Chief, Samurai and El Dorado made into retro heroes ?

If this question was asked already, I appologize for missing it.

Personally, I hope so. I would also like to see the Wonder Twins in this format as well. I know I would like to see some toyline that would have all the SuperFriends characters. So, I cast my vote for them.
    Cheers.

Extremely doubtful - since those characters were created for by Hanna Barbera
for Superfriends. There is more of a chance that the actual DC versions like
Black Lightning would be done in this format.

I could've sworn Mattel recently released these hanna barbara characters in another line of DC figures within the last year or two, so is it really that doubtful?

I'd personally love to see any Super Freinds character.

Mattel did the Wonder Twins and gleek for a con I thought? Anyway i'd love to see all the HB super friends characters with the DC figures. I'd even like the goofy teens Wendy and marvin with their Wonder Dog!

There was a JLU 3-pack last year featuring Apache Chief, Samurai and Black Vulcan

They do look great. I like the die-cut look on the oven mitts.
                  It's all good!

I had forgotten El Dorado's "costume." Whew.

I like the HB superfriends, but truly, I'd love to see Black Lightning...

He looks cool--although that Cochise head is often used for Apache Chief. I like the prismatic gold trim!

If the line does somehow continue, with DC and Hanna-Barbera both being owned by Time Warner - I wouldn't see it being an impossibility. Additionally, if Mattel has no interest in continuing the line - I'd think that the Hanna-Barbera Super Friends characters could possibly produced by Diamond (as they already have a working distribution relationship with DC/Warner) or even by DC Direct themselves.

Just seems it isn't a too far fetched concept on many levels and might even be the most realistic in having additional "Retro Action" Super Friends figures if Mattel is done with the line. But then I know absolutely zero about licensing legalities and I've been pretty optimistic lately.

--- And I'm just realizing that this is an old thread. Lol! But it would/could be cool to have these additional figures produced by someone :-)
