about dr mego

I placed an order on dr mego website exactly 10 days ago
and I still have not received the items I ordered yet
they are all accessories and parts, so my question is
do they usually take that long to send out the items?
I tried sending him e-mails but he did not reply.
any help will be appreciated.thanks

Relax the doc is a cool guy and will deliever, i have ordered from him many times about two to three weeks is normal i've have noticed

Ten days is pretty quick to get worried. Depending on what you ordered and how much, it might take him that long just to cast the stuff in your color of choice, let alone pack it and ship it. He'll come through. For truly expeditious shipping though, I recommend megostore.com.

I placed an order two weeks ago on the website and haven't gotten it yet either so its not your order. Paul is a great guy and very reliable. I know it will be here soon. He is probably just really busy with the reissue of the Waltons figures

Doc ripped me off of my life savings, beat me up and kicked me down the stairs... Oh did you say Doc Mego? I thought you said Mongo. Nothing to worry about with Dr Mego. I've always gotten my stuff. Keep in mind that you placed an order with a guy, not a corporation with tons of stock.
