"Lost" Gray Morrow Star Trek Art?

I was sorting some old boxes, and found a program for the 1973 Star Trek Convention in NYC. Inside, I found a very pleasant surprise, something I don't think has surfaced elsewhere.

The program doesn't mention anything else about the art, or even if GM was scheduled to appear at the convention.

Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks,

Amazing how he hits that likeness - even in a pencil sketch.
