    Customer Care

    Thanks to the diligence of a couple of our customers, we have discovered a "technical difficulty" in our customer care email routing. While we believe we have fixed the issue, we may have lost some emails in the process. If you have sent an email to customer care and have not received a response (don't worry Sprytel... we got yours), please resend and we will answer as soon as possible (usually within 48-72 hours).

    As a process, we ask that you email customer care issues to us at customercare@castawaytoys.com. You can also PM Cast-a-Way Toys here at the museum. We ask that you do NOT email or PM our personal accounts. Between the 3 of us we have 4 accounts at the museum (including the Official Cast-a-Way Toys account) and roughly 10 email addresses. There are simply too many places for your request to "fall thru the cracks". In order for us to answer your questions as quickly as possible, we ask you contact us thru "official" channels.

    I sent one two weeks ago and followed up with two pm's. I assume megomeet slowed has the response time. Hopefully hear something soon.

    PM sent. We've been way behind starting about a week before the meet. Just starting to get things caught up. I still have a bunch of toys in the dining room that the wife is still upset about. Anyway. pm sent.

    I paid for four flocked Adventure Team figures on June 24th. and have not got any responses to my pm's and the customer service # is for another company......

    I would sure like to know when I can expect my order. Thanks guys......

    oh,really? thanks man! he'll be thrilled....the EMCE Universal Monsters he knows he's getting....the stuff from you guys,he DOESN'T ,and i know he'll be hrilled to have a place for his Drac to sleep!

    hey! it just arrived! THANKS AGAIN! not only did it arrive quickly,BUT you guys also included the 2 Vampire Bats free of charge! wow! my son's going to be thrilled!

    i'm DEFINITELY gonna order a set for myself next week !
