That's the Ideal S.T.A.R Team stuff before it became a complete Star Wars clone in the late seventies.

TV Tray, wood panelling, Striped pants, gold bric-a-brac on the mantle, this picture passes all my tests.

I had that ,the helmet came with ear phones with mic wore it on halloween of the next year,with a ben cooper space suit costume.
