Eddie from Iron Maiden

Here is a figure I made to go with some of my store bought Eddies. I'm just waiting on the jeans and shirt to come in that I ordered. Since it is going with other packaged figures I created a cardback for this one. I haven't created the back yet, I'm unsure what I'm going to do yet. Maybe album covers or something, or maybe pictures of the the figure in different poses. It's not attached to posterboard yet, I'm going to wait untill I make the back before I do attach it.

Dan, That looks great so far. Both the card and the figure. I just knew some one would do Eddie justice sooner or later. Way to take the bull by the horns and get her done. I very much look forward to seeing the finished product.

That looks really nice...did you use a Tomland monster as a base for your sculpt?

I loved the art on the Iron Maiden LP's. Especially the "Eddie The Terminator" from I think it was Somewhere in Time LP. Is there a book with all th covers to their albums??

I made a sculpt out of sculpey and then molded that, then cast it in plastic resin.

I'll just scan in the album covers if I go that route.

I guess I didn't use sculpey to make the head, just clay and then made a mold of it. This was in my clay box still. Not too beat up yet.

There are So many different versions of Eddie that would look sweet in mego form. I'd love some one to do the WWII pilot version from Aces High.

We had this poster hung up in our basement growing up.

I still have the clay, I'll try to make it a bald. That way it could be used with plugged hair or bald.

I'm doing a couple of things first and I'll give it a try later this week.

I didn't think of the Number of the Beast single cover, I was looking at the album with the devil as a string puppet, I forgot about this image, it's worth giving it a try.
