Need help to Id a few items please.

I would need help from the toy experts on this board.
Went on another toy hunt and came up with these parts and figures in a boxed lot.
All accesories are 12 in size.
I think the plaid and the blue shirt are GIJOE.
Beleive the cowboy hat to be Captain Action.
The rest,I am unsure of.
Most curious about the red cape with real chain.
As for the figures,the 1 on the left is the 1 I am curious about.
He has no markings,swivel biceps and almost mego feet.
He has a scar on his temple and is strung like a T1.
Looking for any info.

captain action does not have a brown cowboy hat. Probably a marx item.

swivel biceps guy is one of the bible fellows from ljn, I think. Don't know which character tho.

I dont know of any bible figures who sport sideburns.....
The hat is definetly not a Marx item.
No ideas on the red cape?

that cape appears to be for Zorak..a Big Jim PACK villain.

the boot and cowboy hat arent Marx. I believe they are from the Excel line of 9" western figures. (as are the shirts...I think?)

The two guys are LJN, the swivel arm one is from the SWAT line and the other is from the Emergency line.

No idea about the rest?

the guy on the right is the 1st john from emergency, the guy on the left looks to me like a figure that was used from the swat line reissued in the eighties,called ninja warriors i think.,they had repainted hair and were dressed in black ninja outfits,i cant remember any more then 2 different figures,i had one once.

The cowboy hat, plaid and denim shirts and cowboy boot are from the Mr Action line, a GI Joe knock-off. The shoes and .45 holster are a knock-off as well.

Only thing left to id is the blue jacket bottom left.
Hard to see in the pic but the fabric is not smooth.Ridges?Not sure how to explain this......
