I don't know much about this character other than his existence and what he looks like. You really did a great job on this one tbolt. I love your use of eyelets with your materials. It really adds a sense of realism to your figures. What size eyelets do you use? I bought a little kit and mine all seem to get destroyed when i start banging on them to set them so i must be doing something wrong.

^^ They are the eyelets for scrapbooking, whatever size that is. I poke a hole with a sculpting tool, first. Then I push the eyelet into place. I use a hammer and a phillips head screw driver to flare them out in the back, then flatten out the back with a tap of the hammer.

          Great post for October...

I've always liked this character. The creator of the Golden Age version passed a year or 2 ago. I remember Michael T. Gilbert (the guy who resurrected the character) trying for years to find the guy and did finally get to meet him before he died.
If you haven't read a Gilbert Mr. Monster, you should. Nice stuff. I think I have a complete set somewhere or another.
What exactly is the link for those goggles? I have a custom that they might work with.

When I saw this thread title, I thought, "That's a guy Thunderbolt should do."

And then I clicked & realized it was an older thread, and you did!
