Maybe he thinks a false back story will help the sale?

When I saw "old store stock", I figured it was seller themortgagecanwait.

"I recently received a call from a local Five & Dime shop in northern NJ stating that they had just unearthed some old inventory that was hidden in their basement!... The following auction is the first of many to come!"

Love the fact he (assuming it's a he) has been putting the same verbiage in every auction for years. He must get a lot of calls from Five & Dime stores with magical, mystical basements full of boxed, vintage toys.

You mean you don't get regular calls from former owners of five and dime shops looking to clear out valuable toys?

I think he's been using that header for 6 years now.

Can't get any better condition wise? How about the writing on the box? That could be better. LOL.

This guy does have good stuff or so it seems. But, he's like the kid who makes up stories about the toys he's seen/has...the one's that don't exist. He's been around for a few years, like Brian mentioned.
