    I'll bet this is the store that got me into mego collecting back in 1998. I bought an overpriced wreck of a Thor from a shop in Ventura for $75, and found the mego section on Ebay soon after.

    Its a Hasbro Batman figure from several years back. Part of the Silver Age series. It was a RC Batman too. Alas the cowl was not manufactured to fit properly over his head.
