I thought I'd read in the past that CAT was trying to limit their licensing and concentrate on supplying parts for customizers. Did things change?

nope... nothing has changed. however, we will alway look at interesting licensing possibilities if they make sense for us financially.

Hey, I liked the Baldwin Shadow movie. I also enjoyed Dick Tracy, the Phantom and the Rocketeer... regardless of how badly overacted those films villains were.
