yep. when our fed ex package of samples showed up last Tuesday the masks for Redbeard and Phantom were missing (if you're keeping score, that's Factory 2,375 - Castaway 0). luckily Jason had some earlier "test runs" from the factory. unluckily, they weren't painted. I ran over to Jason's Tuesday night and we "improvised".
