Wave two let the sightings begin...

I was at Toys R us last weekend and saw no wave 2's. However I did see 1 superman , 2 green lanterns and a ton of Lex and Sinestro.

I called Mattel

I called Mattel today, I was a bit inspired by the other thread, and a lady told me they would be in stores soon, and are in some stores now. She also told me they are being sold at Target and Walmart? I don't think she was giving me the correct information. But she was adamant and absolutely positive they were being sold at Walmart and Target. I asked her twice, the Retro Acton figures with fabric costumes? She said yes.....

I think she got her DC toy-lines, and brain cells, crossed. Without the item number she's really guessing at what your talking about. DCUC, or DCIH, or DC Batman Brave & the Bold, etc. More than likely she was looking at DC Universe Classics info.

There's a guy on Ebay claiming that Mattel has offered an update on availability and the shipping date is July 25th. Doc are you able to confirm if Mattel has communicated this? Here's the auction listing...

Well, none In Denver...not that I thought I had a shot, but I had to look. I was hoping to just see some of the wave one figures, our Toys R Us, received one shipment and that was it. No second shipment and only one box....booooo. The two dedicated pegs to the retro heroes diappeared right after the figures did....and its still gone. I'm a little worried. I know we are not California or New York market size, but come on...!!

None in Wichita Ks yet, just Sinestro and Lex hanging. If the other guy from Wichita sees them please let me know. PM me, maybe we can trade info and keep a watch out for eathother. The Toys R Us here is remodling and have tons of boxes they have yet to open and display.
