What do the backs look like?

Here's the back of Vader. It shows what an original carded Darth Vader on the top half. The bottom shows other figures available from the new series.

Hasbro distribution of shipments from China is located in Seattle so we get a lot of things ahead of schedule before they are shipped via trucks and trains to other states

Man ..., I don't see alot of stuff down here, Until Months After Ebay, and people on the East Coast do . And I always thought it was alittle bit more than Scalpers.

Oh yah, this is not the first time that Hasbro did Star Wars figures on vintage cards. A few years back Hasbro did about 24 figures and 4 12" figures in their classic vintage boxes. The backs on those cards are the same as the backs of the cards from this new series.

This means they are going to be hitting Portland now. Keeping my eyes peeled for them this week. Tax free too.

Bellvue, I hit every TRU in Seattle and surronding area today but only found them in Bellvue.

I spoke to a freind of mine today who works for Toys R' Us. Hasbro gave Toys R' Us a warning apparently yesterday. Any store who continue to sell the new figures will not receive any more shipments. I was told that this was directed by Lucas.

Toys R Us seems to be the only place selling them around here. On Thursday, they had pretty much the entire wave. We're picking up the ones we need to round out the groups we want and to upgrade older figures. I was just at the nearest TRU this morning and they still had plenty of these on the pegs, so I'm confused about the warning not to sell yet. Our TRU isn't known for breaking street date.
I like that the back of the cards show comparison shots with the current figures next to the vintage line, along with a notice that says the vintage figures are no longer available.

This supposed warning may be BS! I don't know. But for sure there are a large handfull of Toys R' Us store selling these figures, but not everywhere yet. I would not be surpised if Hasbro gave certain stores the OK to sell these.

I got them in a TRU here in upstate NY just over the PA border. This the same TRU that hasn't even had the Retro Action figures yet. Go figure....

They had all of them except Dak, Boba, and C-3PO.
They also had a bunch of new SW figures in new packaging that I haven't seen before also.
