The only thing I ever eat at McDonald's is a Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken and even then I don't think I'm eating all that healthy.

I don't know why folks keep saying they don't eat at McDonald's...well...someone must have...since they are by FAR...the biggest food chain in the world...lol.

I frequent Micky Dees...they do have a lot of stuff there that I like (except the Fillet O' Fish, yuck)...and it's cheap.

Those little sausage McMuffins are too die for (literally, lol)...

McDonalds is kinda like the whole mego thing for me... I have very vivid memories of being in McDonalds when I was a kid, with my megos. It holds a ton of nostalgia for me, just like movies, music and my toys. It's just a very special place that I feel i'll never lose my connection to. It's not the healthiest thing you can eat, true, but in moderation, balanced with healthier foods, I think it's fine. Matter of fact, I'm off to go grab a Big Mac right now!
