Jalapeno Popper Burger from Sonic

I don't know what McDonald's does different with their Coke, but it tastes gorgeous!

I used to work with a lady who was married to a VP of Research and Development at McDonald's. We were out to dinner one night and I flat-out asked him whether they do something to their Coke. He said they absolutely do something to it. There's a slightly higher concentration of syrup in their concoction at the fountain. He said it's not much of a difference, but there is a difference, and it's intentional.

In Mexico, they used to put cinnamon in it. It tasted SO good.

Ok So I fianally broke down and had a Jalapeno Popper Burger from Sonic today at lunch...

in a word: DELICOUS!
It was great and all the parts worked together quite well... I kept the cheese sauce off my shirt, sorry Sandy I had to come back to work and I wouldn't want to drive any of these women crazy, but I did manage it get it all over my face and hands, it's a messy one.

So to recap: Great, not perfect, but damn good for a FF chain! Didn't let the cheese sauce fly ala Dave Lepage, will eat it again after my coronary bypass
