Must of come from Brad and Jeannie at Amazing Third Planet at some point. Back in the 80's they had a few cases of them and it does have duel French and English.

No, Brad and Jeannie had some but the majority came from the original source, Parkdale Novelty. I remember finding these in stores in the mid eighties.
