Frank has a *serious* Pufnstuf collection goin' on there!

On the bottom shelf, right beside Ultraman is a bunch of Remco Pufnstuf handpuppets. Puf was the only one of the bunch I had as a child, and was one of my few childhood puppets who didn't survive. Peeking out from behind the Aurora display, you can see the top of the Pufnstuf pillow doll. You can see him a little better in this pic:

My mother bought one of these for me at a gift shop in Six Flags Over Georgia, summer of 1973. I had him up until about two years ago, when I sold him off on eBay. He'd been washed a couple of times and restuffed, but I still got over $200 for him. At the time I needed the money more than I needed the toy, but now I'm wishing I kept him. I also see a King Ding robot in that last pic. He was part of the Ding-A-Lings line in the early 70's, and he was the only one of the bunch I ever had. I think mine lost an arm within a year or so, but I had the little Brain robot that came with him until my senior year of high school. Awesome collection!
