I prefer the paints you get at Gamer's Workshop. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for. Pigment is great imo.

Hmmmm....
The Games Workshop stuff is great, but expensive. There are lots of similar ones though. Check out the nearest gaming/hobby store. Or if worst comes to worst:
