How do you pronounce DALEKS ?

Ok, for the people that say DARLEKS - LOL

    Seriously thought.

I noticed some people pronounce them as Daleks --- the al rhymes with the proper name Al

Others pronounce them as DOLLICKS or DOLLECKS

How do you say Dalek ?

I say it the Al way.

They are " DARLEKS ", mutations of the " KARLED " people.

Alot of the other ways you mentioned are just from different accents.
McCoy called them " Dalleks "

Uh, they're Daleks from the Kaleds actually.

It should be pronounced, Dah-Leks, but Doll-lek or Dal-Lek would be acceptable.

          Dar-lek is just wrong though.

I say Dahhhlecks if'n I am trying to be one of them, but Dayliks if'n I am a human.

Um...well...I'm not really a fan of this stuff, but everytime I see you guys talking about it, I assumed it was pronounced DAY-leks. (and no cracks about the words assume!)

I think it might be an accent thing too.

Just like most Americans pronounce Dr Who DOCK-TER WHO and Brits say DOCK-TOUR WHO.

Compared to Brits, Americans do funky things with vowels all the time

I just want to say that I've always pronounced it DAH-LEX.
